Lisa McNett is the founder of One Breath Institute and the originator of Introspective Breathwork® Therapy — a trauma-informed, client-led modality that informed the evolution of The One Breath Method™, now taught globally.
In a rapidly expanding and largely unregulated field, Lisa developed Introspective Breathwork® Therapy – a client-led, trauma-informed modality that later informed the evolution of The One Breath Method™, now taught globally through One Breath Institute in partnership with her co-founder.
In addition to her foundational work in breathwork therapy, Lisa developed The One Breath Coaching Method™ – a complementary framework designed to deepen facilitator competency and expand the application of this work within professional settings.

Healing becomes distorted when it centers control. True transformation occurs when we honor the innate intelligence of the nervous system and the embodied wisdom of the individual. Sovereignty is not a concept — it is the lived experience of trusting one’s own internal authority. This work restores that trust.
Sovereignty is not a private achievement. It reorganizes families, leadership, and culture itself. The work of healing does not end with the individual — it interrupts generational patterns and reshapes what is passed forward. What we integrate today becomes what others no longer have to recover from tomorrow.
