And that disconnection? It’s not your fault. It’s a natural response to living in a world that asks us to perform, to push through, to silence our pain in order to survive.
But surviving isn’t the same as living.
Hi, I’m Lisa.
Founder of One Breath Institute & Co-Creator of The One Breath Method™
For nearly two decades, I’ve walked beside people as they reclaim their breath, their bodies, and their truth—through personalized healing work that eventually became the foundation for Introspective Breathwork® Therapy.
My work blends breathwork, somatic bodywork, trauma-informed presence, intuitive coaching, and CranioSacral Therapy, all attuned to the unique needs of each person I serve. I’ve supported thousands of individuals—from trauma treatment centers and women’s prisons to international retreats and private healing journeys.
In early 2021, after a year of profound global upheaval, I followed a deep inner calling to create something new. Together with my friend and co-creator, Debbie Dickey, I founded One Breath Institute—a living, breathing vision for what’s possible when healing honors both our wholeness and our wounds. That vision became Introspective Breathwork® Therapy: a trauma-informed, client-led healing method rooted in presence and inner resourcefulness.
This work helps you gently release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your innate wisdom, and live with more clarity, freedom, and vitality.

And if you feel called to guide others through their own healing, I offer practitioner training in the One Breath Method™, certifying you in Introspective Breathwork® Therapy through One Breath Institute. The Heart of this Work
Introspective Breathwork® Therapy was a natural evolution of my work—born from years of guiding others through healing and transformation.
It was created to help people create lasting change in their lives by reconnecting with the deeper layers of themselves, releasing what’s no longer needed, and reclaiming what was never lost—even if, for a long time, they felt less than whole.
This work invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently release what’s been living inside you for far too long.
Through presence and breath, we create space for truth, regulation, and real transformation.
