We’ll begin with a grounded conversation to explore what brought you here: what you’re seeking, what you’re carrying, and what kind of support feels right in this moment. Together, we’ll create a session plan that meets you where you are.
Your session may include a personalized blend of Introspective Breathwork® Therapy, somatic coaching, bodywork, and intuitive energy work—always guided by what feels safe and aligned. You will never be pushed to receive anything you're not comfortable with.
Afterward, we’ll take time to integrate what came up and ensure you leave feeling grounded, supported, and clear on how to care for yourself.

Single Session
A 75-minute personalized session rooted in Introspective Breathwork® Therapy. We’ll begin with a grounded conversation about what’s present for you, then move into guided breathwork and integration—all shaped around your unique needs and readiness.
3-Session Package
A supportive short-term container for those ready to go deeper. This 3-session series offers focused support to uncover what’s beneath the surface and gently release what’s no longer serving you, at your pace, with steady guidance.
3-Month Healing Journey
A transformational experience for those ready for lasting change. Over 12 weeks, you’ll be supported through 10 private sessions, 2 group breathwork circles, and a powerful 2-hour Personal Law Workshop—a Rebirthing Breathwork session designed to uncover and transform the deepest limiting belief shaping your life.
After Your 3-Month Journey...
Committing to a 10-session series creates the momentum and depth needed for lasting transformation. Many clients experience powerful shifts in the way they feel emotionally and how they respond to stress, relationships, and everyday challenges.
After completing the series, you may feel called to continue with monthly “maintenance” sessions—either privately or in a group setting—or you may find yourself needing less frequent support as you integrate the work. Returning clients receive a discounted rate on future one-to-one sessions.

A: Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about breathwork before coming to a session. I’ll guide you every step of the way and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. This work is about meeting you exactly where you are—no preparation required.

A: When you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive more detailed information—but here are a few key things to keep in mind:
Dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to lie down and move with ease. You may be lying on a yoga mat or massage table, depending on your physical comfort.
You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session. Gentle bodywork may be included with your consent, but there is never any pressure or expectation.
Avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand. A light snack is fine, but give your body space to breathe and feel.
Plan some integration time afterward. A walk, quiet rest, or time in nature can help you process and ground after the session.
